Hmm, this does not look $500 smarter (or better) than an OPOD or a Bunn. _________________ Grindmaster OPOD, Keurig B40, Nespresso D90, Clever Coffee Dripper + Hario Skerton mill

This company, Newco, has a new verson of a Pod machine coming out in the next month or so. This machine displayed here was really their first Gen. IMHO way way too much money and not much of anything else. I haven't seen their next verson however I can say this ... it is not for home use. _________________ Single Cup Coffee Superstore! | With Newco, you're paying for reliability. Though it only has a 1 year warranty, Newco's bread and butter is commercial coffee makers, made to run all day long for years on end. I wouldn't pay $850 for a coffee maker, but I could see why a business might. |

Just checked out their website -- it's now on sale until 12/19 for only $681 with free shipping!!!! And interestingly, the only pods they sell are JavaOnes by the case ($32 & change). |

why would you ever buy this machine from Newco when the Bunn Autopod is less than $100 more? Bunn My Cafe is available from $160 (refurbished) to $400 (new / automatic)
Ask yourself, have you ever heard of Bunn before, and have you ever heard of Newco before?
Unless you have enough money to buy the Newco and then need to buy another someday soon because you can't get it fixed. |

I'm very happy with my BUNN -- no plans to replace it unless it dies -- and even then, likely to be another BUNN. |

I am troubled. I don't see the man in the coffee beans at all. I say there IS no man in the coffee beans!
Are you with me or against me?

* Find the man in 1-3 minutes and your brain is slow.
* Find the man in 3+ minutes and you need to exercise your brain more.

Yea, I found the man in about 10 sec. so my brain is normal.
I also found a witch with a long hooked nose. I've gotta lay off that caffeine. _________________ Keurig B66
