Q: What is the Coffee Pod Napster System / Podster?
A: It's a system made up of forum members in which they trade/mail coffee pods with each other. (credit do to Marci & her hubby)
It's a great way to sample pods without having to buy an entire case...just to find out you don't like them.

Simply list any pods you may have up for trade right here, and people can send you a private message requesting something you have/trade.
Individually wrapped pods mail very easily. They mail best in manilla type envelopes, and usually cost a buck or less to mail. (size depending on amount of pods of course)

I've sampled many coffee pods this way, and found several to my liking. This keeps my inventory of pods to a reasonable level. (reasonable to me anyway! Very Happy )

Usually, pod trades are 1 for 1...unless they have the more expensive pods. You can work out details with each other through Private Messages.

Happy Sampling!!

I would like to try some of the Betterpods, especially the Costa Rican, Podheads, or Eight O'clock pods.

I got a ton of assorted flavor Arabica Express pods from Podhead designed to fit the Melitta if anyone wants them -- as I understand they will also work in the Senseo (but they do NOT woirk in the Simplehuman machine).

If anyone wants to trade some AE pods for standard Senseo-type pods I'm game.. I've only drank like six of my Podhead pods and have over a hundred left.

MAILING TIPS:
If you are going to mail pods, you may need to use larger manilla type envelopes. If you mail them in business envelopes, they won't go through the post office machines properly. They are too thick. The envelope gets all scrunched up, and they will arrive with a postage due memo stamped NON-MACHINEABLE.

Save yourself the trouble, and use a larger envelope. Exclamation

PS...there has to me more pod traders lurking out there! I have some KONA pods to try today compliments of CPNS! Very Happy

I would be interested in trading. I have several types on order right now, I will post them as soon as I know what they are!

I just paid $21.00 in shipping on an order for $21.00 from coffeewhiz for a total of 72 pods! OUCH! Don't think I will be doing that again. I need to find some pods I like that will ship via USPS....UPS ground is too expensive to AK! Java podz are pretty reasonable, as are the betterpods so I ordered some of them too.

I think I ordered cinnamon stick, eggnog, yuletide blend, and Mocha java from coffeewhiz. I also have some coming from Betterpods, and the blueberry crumble from Java podz. That is all I can remember at the moment.

I would like to get in on the trading.
I have some Aloha Island caf and decaf pods
and some coolbeanspods Sumatra, house decaf, hazelnut decaf, and various other flavored coffees that came together.
I am especially interested in the baronet French roast and other fairly dark roast coffees.
Thanks!

Hey, Santa left me a few new pods, so I'm stocked for a trade or two (or three)! As you can tell by the list, I prefer flavored, but I enjoy trying regular as well (no decaf though). PM me if interested. Also, I have a few decaf pods that are free if you want them in addition to any traded for.

Baronet:
Vanilla Fudge Swirl
Yuletide Blend (a dark/strong coffee, IMO... not flavored though)
Gingerbread
Cinnamon Stick
note: The Baronet flavored coffees are light on the flavoring in case you've never had them.

Melitta
Buzzworthy (for that little extra caffeine jolt... not that strong though)

Black Mountain Gold
French Vanilla
