Thank you. I am surprised that the >8gm pods will fit in the 1 cup holder. I asked as my Senseo did not come with the 2 pod holder and it may take them a week to ship it to me. I was also thinking of the super pods...or whatever the term is...and wonder if you still would use the 1 pod holder for them?
I may just go ahead and order online.
some of it depends on your senseo.. I've had no problem with 12g monster pods, but I know others have.. maybe it even depends on where the machines are made. From what I understand, they're made in several different countries. It could be that some are simply made with better quality than others.. _________________ own:

I agree with Hod...
My double pod holder practically NEVER gets used with my daily pods. _________________ Pete (Jolly) -

No...they won't fit. Use them for skeet shooting practice! _________________ Pete (Jolly) -

Yeah, the GC Columbian is just about the only pod I buy now. I buy it by the truckload. I did write that I liked the R.I. Costa Rican, but since that time I have kind of changed my mind about that one. It's okay, but when you have a nice, thick, Columbian pod the R.I. Costa Rica doesn't measure up anymore --- a bit too thin.
I'm finding out there's other things I want to buy besides coffee --- so as this order dwindles down to the last box or two, I'm going to practice using my T-Sacs as a regular thing for a while. . . . . and for that the Van Houtte Columbian beans are great.
You'd like Van Houtte's medium Columbian pods if you like the GC Columbian. They're pretty similar, although not exactly alike. _________________ Cafe My Bunn! ~~ Keurig B40 ~~ KitchenAid Compact 4-Cup Coffeemaker ~~ Keurig B30

I found myself spending way to much money on pods also.
Now I have a source for Fair Trade Otganic Green coffee @ $3.00 lb. I made a roaster from a modified Stir Crazy and a Sunpentown Turbo Convection oven and can roast as little as 2oz. and as much as 11/2 lbs. I have total control of temp and time and the coffee it roasts is incredible.
I keep a good supply of pods around for that quick cup....but the T-Sac coffee beats any pod hands down and the variety is much better.

You're an inspiration, Michael! But I can't quite take that step into the realm of roasting ~~~ maybe eventually I will. But just using the T-Sacs will be a VERY noticeable increase in my disposable income!
Don't worry, David, I won't abandon my favorite pod, but you will have to re-balance your budget as my monthly orders slow down a bit!
(I'm not even sure I'm going to make good on my threat here -- I am awfully hooked on them pods!) _________________ Cafe My Bunn! ~~ Keurig B40 ~~ KitchenAid Compact 4-Cup Coffeemaker ~~ Keurig B30

Great. Yes, I do like the Columbia Supremo. In the morning, however, I make a 20 oz. mug in the French Press. For other times I do like the pod, although my Keurig is a little better at cleanup...or lack of!
