| Unfortunately, I did not look in the correct place when I placed an order with FlavaPods at the end of May - had I looked under e-tailers, I would have found out that FLAVA PODS was taking the money and running with it. So - I thought since everyone looked at this forum, I would let any newbies know that FLAVA PODS is not a company you want to place an order with. |

| It took about a six weeks to get my order from them. Their excuse was some sort of email problem on top of some litigation regarding the flava pod name. I think they are now flavor pod. I'm not really sure what is going on with their company. I hope they get things straightened out soon since some of their coffee is worth ordering. You might try calling them and make sure they indeed have your order. |

| My first two orders with Flava Pods came quickly with absolutely no problem, but that was earlier this year. I really enjoy their Hazelnut Decaf and was running low, so I placed an order on June 8. I have yet to receive it. In the meantime, I went out of town for a few weeks and forgot about it. Yesterday it dawned on me that I had not received my order. Fortunately (I think, anyway) I saved the e-mails I had received from them with my order number and confirmation number, so I e-mailed their customer service yesterday and asked when I might expect shipment. So far no response. I still have to look at my credit card bill to see if I was charged for this order. What a disappointment. They really had good coffee. Much better than the pods sold by Senseo. |

Yeah, I have an order in with them for my fave Cinnamon Sticky Bun. Life without CSB just won't be quite as tasty.
I'll have to check my AmEx card to see if I was charged from my last -no show- order.

| I did check my credit card bill and was, in fact, charged for the order I placed on June 8. The "sale" was posted to my account that very day, so they didn't waste any time! The credit card company is putting the transaction into dispute and crediting me initially while they contact FlavaPods. We'll see how far they get with contacting them! |

Best of luck to all of you....
I sure do hope all of the new comers to this board come here BEFORE ordering from flava..I ordered from them back in april..I was told the rest of my order would be shipped out as soon as it was finished roasting..Well several emails later...Still not one word from anyone!!!!!I never did receive the rest of my pods!!!
I have to just chalk it up as a learning experience...
If you hear something bad about a company...Listen up!!!!!
Dont think you will be treated any different!!!

I'm still waiting for my Flava Pods order that I placed in April.
I have called them, emailed them and written them letters with no response.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and am currently waiting to hear back from the BBB. If you have the same problem, go to www.trenton.bbb.org and file a complaint. |

| I just wanted to warn everyone that after 4 months I still have not recieved my coffee order or a refund or even a reply from that sham of a company, FlavaPods. I don't care why I haven't recieved my items or a refund, I should get some kind of reply from them. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please, do yourself a favor and DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! |

If you paid with a credit card, thats the best route to take. Also the State Attorney General's office in the state where the business is located. To be honest when it comes to teeth, the BBB can't do much. _________________ Hi, Im Mike and I have an addiction...

Well, I've relocated from NJ to Florida and I still haven't recieved any reply from FlavaPods. The Better Business Bureau didn't get a reply either. So I'm basically screwed out of $20!!!

Hey don't be upset. you can still place another order their website is functional! http://www.flavapods.com/ I'm surprised this hasn't been shut down. I wonder what happend to them? |

This happened to me from a differnent supplier in Florida.
I sent the money and never received the product or a refund. I raised complete heck with Attorney Generals, BBB, Internet Fraud Center and everyone else that could help get his site off the internet.
Basically, I never got a refund. I never got any action from FLORIDA'S ATTORNEY GENERAL, nor did anyone shut down that website.
The site does not show up now, but it did for more than a year. This guy HARVESTED a lot of money from people... and got away with it. So sad. It's sad that people can get away with stealing like this...and the law can't touch them. (at least that's what I'm being told)
On the internet...anything goes. Buy from a RELIABLE source. Keep your losses to a minimum by ordering small. ($$)
With FLAVA PODS, we all thought it was reliable...and it proved otherwise. Sometimes...you just never know. I enjoyed some of those pods, and conversations with Eugene too. _________________ Pete (Jolly) -
