Saw this and thought it was worth posting:

Anyone ever had a Keurig break down before it was a month old? Their customer service is really good in my experience, but I guess every company has its limits.

I think that it is generally worth noting that within the first 30 days of owning most small appliances or other similar goods that your first recourse should be through the company you purchased it from and after 30 days you should go to the manufacturer. This is often known as a DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy. Most companies will simply replace the equipment for you within that 30 day window and after 30 days ask you to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer instead.

Don't know if this is the case with Keurig (and what if you bought it directly from them)?
