For a penny more or even with the 20% off I would rather have the Nespresso caps. Love their Ristretto. For $4 with the discount before it was worth getting some but for the same price as the Nespresso - no thanks1
Which variety did you buy? There's something to be said for instant gratification, I guess, provided you find them gratifying!

Seems a bit daft of them to be priced above Nespresso. The key here in Germany is the lower price & huge availability through the Rewe supermarket chain.
After a few Intenso Lungo, I'm not impressed. Nespresso is the way to go comparatively.
I like the Macadama nut variation with 2% milk!
I love making mochas with Valrohna unsweetened powder dropped into my Aeroccino. Makes a phenomenal rich flavor, two Ristretto caps, and a big cup... I'm on my way today!!

Do you recommend a particular refillable system for the Nespresso? I'm waiting to receive some of these Vergnano pods, but wonder about other ways to try out other coffees. I'd not be surprised if these aren't that good...
The worst pizza I ever had in my life was a roadside cafe in northern Italy!
Quality does not follow with variety...
I'd love to try some Lavazza coffees in my Nespresso, for example.
Thoughts, anyone?
Do what I did, bought a slightly used Lavazza blue machine on eBay. Now the poor nespresso hardly gets used and the steam wand on the Lavazza blue rocks. One can never have too many coffee/espresso machines
