I use the scoop that came with my AeroPress*. One scoop of beans gives a full homemade pod directly in the Bunn pod holder.

Yeah, that's about what mine looks like but I use the smaller filters. I use to wet the whole filter but now I just make sure the Bunn holder bottom is wet as the filter paper molds nicely to it.

I tear it in two and use just one half. Don't wet the filter either but the pod holder is wet.

And I think I just update my album with pictures... instead of trying to explain :-)

Nice. Good idea to split a #4 cone filter, Geir. It doesn't leave you much room for error, but I like it.

The used pod looks strangely edible to me. I figured out why--looks like a red bean cake! Here's half of one (not the best view, but they're definitely puck-shaped):
