For anyone else wondering the answer now that I have a Keurig B70 and My K-Cup: Yes, it works absolutely perfectly, except for certain teas you will have to grind them finer, you need to grind coffee beans to brew them, so why not tea leaves? I just grind a pound or so at a time in my food processor and am set for months. Each time I get a new tea I put it in the food processor and grind it until I get my desired brew strenght (do test brews as you grind it finer and finer until you find your prefered brew strenght).

How do you have to store that tea once it is ground? Just in a plastic bag, or does it need to be more airtight than that?

The tea I buy comes in tin cans, I just put it back in the tin can, but I don't see why grinding it would make much of a difference in how it should be stored, many loose leaf teas are already ground.
